Selects the amount of time that a data chunk transmission (sent from the PAD Application) is delayed from the previous data chunk transmission, thus evenly spaces these transmissions (flow control). Therefore, the PAD (Protocol Assembler/Disassembler) application can only send (at most) one data chunk within this amount of time. This amount of time is used to delay transmissions in all PAD Modes. This selection applies for the current Data Profile. Time is in milliseconds.
When the PAD Mode field is not set to "Disabled".
